“Activation” is simpler than it sounds. IPTV Smarters Pro is a free player app with no channels, so there is nothing to unlock inside it. What gets activated is your IPTV subscription: once payment is confirmed you receive a login, and adding that login to the app is what turns an empty player into live TV, films, series and a full TV guide.

Choosing the right plan before you activate IPTV Smarters Pro
The one decision that affects activation is the number of screens, because it controls how many devices can play at the same time. All plans use the same login on as many devices as you like.

- Xtream Codes details: a username, a password and a server URL (for example
http://server-address:port). - An M3U link for apps that only accept playlists.
- Sent by email or WhatsApp — check your spam or promotions folder if it hasn’t arrived.
A 5-minute checklist
- Install IPTV Smarters Pro (or Smarters Player Lite on iPhone/iPad).
- Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Copy the username, password and URL exactly as sent.
- Wait for channels and VOD to finish loading.
- Play one live channel and one film to confirm it works.
Using more than one device? Each plan includes a set number of screens that can play at the same time. Watching on more screens than your plan allows will stop playback on one of them.
How to activate IPTV Smarters Pro: the 5-minute checklist
Here is the same checklist in full, as our support team walks customers through it. Have your activation message open on a phone while you type on the TV.
- Install the app. Install IPTV Smarters Pro, or Smarters Player Lite on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
- Choose Xtream Codes. Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Copy your details. Enter any name, then the username, password and server URL exactly as sent, including http:// and the port.
- Wait for loading. Select Add User and wait for channels, films, series and the TV guide to finish loading.
- Confirm playback. Play one live channel and one film to confirm it works.

If the app is not installed yet, follow the guide for your device on our
installation guides page first. Typing is where most delays happen: the server URL
needs http:// and the port, and usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. The

First checks after you log in
- Live TV: open two or three categories and play a channel from each.
- Films and series: start a title and skip forward to check it plays smoothly.
- TV guide: open the EPG. If it is empty, wait a few minutes or use the app’s refresh option; if it is an hour out, adjust the time-shift in settings.
- Catch-up: on channels that support it, programmes from up to the last 7 days appear with a replay option.
- Speed: allow about 10 Mbps per screen for HD, 20 Mbps for Full HD and 30 Mbps for 4K, as explained in our internet speed guide.

If your login has not arrived
Login details usually arrive within minutes of payment. If yours have not, check the spam, junk and promotions folders of the email address you used, and the WhatsApp number you gave when ordering. Search your inbox for “Smarters8K” as well. Still nothing? Message our English WhatsApp support, which aims to reply within 15 minutes, with the name and email used for the order so we can resend the details.
Activating a second device
Adding the same login to another device takes the same five minutes: install the app, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and type the same three details. You can keep the app installed on a TV, a Fire TV Stick and a phone at the same time. What matters is how many play at once: one screen on Essential and Premium, two on Supreme. If a stream stops when someone else starts watching, you have reached the limit rather than broken the activation. How long does it take to receive my login after payment?
Login details usually arrive within minutes of payment being confirmed, by email or WhatsApp. If nothing has arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, then message support.
Do I need to activate anything inside the IPTV Smarters Pro app?
No. The app is a free player with nothing to buy or activate. Activation means your IPTV subscription is switched on; you then add its login to the app.
Which login should I use, Xtream Codes or M3U?
Use Xtream Codes in IPTV Smarters Pro whenever you have it. It loads live TV, films, series and the TV guide as separate sections. Keep the M3U link for players that only accept playlists.
Can I use catch-up straight after activation?
Yes. As soon as your login works, channels that support catch-up let you replay programmes from up to the last 7 days, shown with a replay option in the TV guide.
Can I activate on more than one device?
You can add the same login to as many devices as you like. Essential and Premium play on one screen at a time; Supreme plays on two at once.
What should I do if activation does not work?
Re-type the details by hand, check the server URL has http:// and the port, and restart the device. If it still fails, send a photo of the error to our English WhatsApp support, which aims to reply within 15 minutes.
