If you are new to streaming TV, our plain-English guide to what IPTV is explains the basics, and the main IPTV UK page shows how the subscription, the service and the app fit together. The short version: you pay once for a fixed period, we send a login, and you watch through an app on devices you already own.

What every IPTV subscription includes

Live TV

UK and international channels across entertainment, news, sport, kids and documentaries, grouped by category.

Films & series

A large on-demand library with posters, descriptions and resume playback.

TV guide & catch-up

A full EPG and up to 7 days of catch-up on channels that support it.

Picture quality

HD, Full HD and 4K streams where available, adapted to your connection.

Support

English-speaking help on WhatsApp for set-up, activation and troubleshooting.

How to choose the right IPTV subscription

  1. Count the screens that watch at the same time. Two people watching in different rooms need a two-screen plan (Supreme). Installing the app on extra devices is fine; only simultaneous playback counts.
  2. Pick the length. Essential (3 months) suits a first try. Premium and Supreme (12 months) cost far less per month.
  3. Check your devices. Make sure your TV, Firestick, phone or computer can run IPTV Smarters Pro or another player using our installation guides.
  4. Check your broadband. HD needs about 10 Mbps, Full HD about 20 Mbps and 4K about 30 Mbps per screen. See the internet speed guide.

Still weighing up the length? Our comparison of a 3-month vs 12-month IPTV subscription works through the cost per month, and the 10 checks for choosing an IPTV provider in the UK are worth reading before you pay anyone.

Which IPTV subscription suits your household?

Most people choose the wrong plan for one of two reasons: they pay for two screens they rarely use at the same time, or they pick one screen and then find two people want to watch different things on a Saturday evening. This table matches common UK households to the plan that usually fits best.

HouseholdUsually bestWhy
Trying IPTV for the first timeEssentialThree months is long enough to test your devices, broadband and favourite channels without a long commitment.
One person, one main TVPremiumA full year on one screen at about £4.08 a month, the lowest cost for a single viewer.
Couple who mostly watch togetherPremiumOne screen covers the living room; you can still install the app on a phone for when the TV is free.
Family with a second TV in a bedroomSupremeTwo screens can play at the same time, so a film upstairs does not stop the match downstairs.
House share or two adults with different tastesSupremeEach person can watch their own programme at about £3.29 per screen per month.
Seasonal viewing, such as one competition or a long holidayEssentialCovers a season without paying for months you will not use.

If none of these sound like you, tell us on WhatsApp how many people watch, on which devices and at what times, and we will suggest the IPTV subscription that fits. There is no pressure to choose the bigger plan.

Screens explained, with examples

A “screen” (sometimes called a connection) is one stream playing at a given moment. It is not the number of devices you own or the number of times you install the app. You can set up IPTV Smarters Pro on the living-room TV, a Firestick, a tablet and a laptop, and the screen limit only matters when they play at once.

  • Example 1, one screen: you watch the news on the TV at 6pm, then a film on your tablet in bed at 10pm. That is one screen at a time, so Essential or Premium is enough.
  • Example 2, two screens: one person watches football in the lounge while another watches a series in the kitchen. Two streams play together, so you need Supreme.
  • Example 3, multi-view: showing four channels side by side in the app counts as four streams, so it goes beyond a one- or two-screen plan.

If you try to play on more screens than your IPTV subscription allows, the extra stream usually stops or will not start. Our guide to how screens and connections work on a multi-screen IPTV subscription covers this in more detail, and the article on watching IPTV on multiple TVs around your home helps you plan rooms and devices.

Pick the right device before you subscribe

Your plan works the same on every compatible device, but the device decides how smooth the menus feel and whether 4K is possible. A Fire TV Stick is the most common choice in the UK, while many people prefer the TV’s own app to avoid another remote. Our comparison of the best device for IPTV in the UK weighs up Firestick, Android box and Smart TV, and there are step-by-step guides to watching IPTV on a Samsung Smart TV and watching IPTV on an LG Smart TV.

How ordering and activation work

  1. Order on WhatsApp. Tap the button for your plan; the message is pre-filled with the plan and price.
  2. Pay securely. We confirm the payment methods available when you order.
  3. Receive your login. Your Xtream Codes details or M3U link usually arrive within minutes by email or WhatsApp.
  4. Set up your app. Follow the IPTV Smarters Pro login steps and start watching.

What happens after you order

Once your login arrives, a few minutes of set-up now saves time later. This is what we suggest on the first day of any new IPTV subscription:

  1. Save your login details. Keep the email or WhatsApp message with your username, password and server URL. You will need it to add another device or reinstall the app.
  2. Test one live channel and one film. This confirms the login works for both live TV and on-demand content.
  3. Check the TV guide. If programme times look an hour out, adjust the EPG time-shift in your app’s settings.
  4. Set up parental controls. If children use the TV, add a PIN to unsuitable categories. Our guide to IPTV parental controls shows how.
  5. Note your end date. Put a reminder in your phone a few days before the plan ends so you can renew without a gap.

Payment and security

Every IPTV subscription is a one-off payment in pounds sterling for the length you choose. There are no hidden add-ons and nothing renews automatically. We confirm the payment methods available in your WhatsApp chat when you order, and you receive your login once payment is confirmed.

  • Pay only through the method confirmed in your chat with us. If you are ever unsure whether a message is genuine, contact us through the WhatsApp number on this website.
  • Keep your confirmation. A screenshot of the payment and the plan name makes renewals and support quicker.
  • Treat your login like a password. Posting it online or sharing it outside your household can lead to streams stopping when the screen limit is reached.

How we handle your details is explained in our privacy policy, and the terms and conditions set out how plans work.

Renewal and expiry

Because nothing renews on its own, you stay in control of when you pay. When your IPTV subscription reaches its end date, playback stops until you renew. To carry on without a gap:

  1. Message us a few days early. Send your username or the email you ordered with, and the plan you would like next.
  2. Change plan if your needs have changed. Renewal is a good moment to move from Essential to a 12-month plan, or from one screen to two.
  3. Pay and confirm. We confirm when the renewal is active and whether you need to change anything in your app.

If streams stop before you expected, check the end date first, then message support: an expired plan and a typing mistake in the login look very similar in most apps.

Whichever you choose, a TV Licence is required in the UK to watch or record live TV as it is broadcast. You are responsible for making sure your viewing complies with UK law and the terms of the relevant rights holders.

IPTV subscription FAQ

How much is an IPTV subscription in the UK?

Our IPTV subscription starts at £29 for 3 months on one screen. A 12-month plan costs £49 for one screen or £79 for two screens, which works out at roughly £4.08 or £3.29 per screen per month.

What is included in every IPTV subscription?

Every plan includes the same UK and international channels, the film and series library, the TV guide (EPG), catch-up on supported channels, HD/FHD/4K streams where available, free updates and support. Plans differ only in length and the number of screens.

How quickly is my IPTV subscription activated?

Once payment is confirmed, your Xtream Codes login or M3U link is usually sent within minutes by email or WhatsApp, so you can start watching the same day.

Can I use one IPTV subscription on several devices?

You can install the app on as many devices as you like. The number of screens on your plan is how many can play at the same time: one on Essential and Premium, two on Supreme.

Does the IPTV subscription work with IPTV Smarters Pro?

Yes. Every plan works with IPTV Smarters Pro and Smarters Player Lite, as well as TiviMate, Smart IPTV, VLC and other players that accept Xtream Codes or M3U.

How do I renew my IPTV subscription?

Message our support team on WhatsApp before your plan ends and tell us which plan you would like next. Keep your current login details to hand so we can find your account quickly.

Can I get a refund?

Requests are reviewed case by case, as explained in our refund policy. If something does not work, contact support first: most problems are fixed with a quick set-up check. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do I need a contract or a TV licence?

There is no contract: you pay once for the plan length you choose. Under UK rules you need a TV Licence to watch or record live TV as it is broadcast, on any channel and any device, so check whether this applies to you.

What happens when my IPTV subscription expires?

When the plan length ends, playback stops until you renew. Nothing is charged automatically, so message us on WhatsApp a few days before the end date if you want to carry on without a gap.

Can I move from one screen to two screens later?

Yes. If your household starts watching in two rooms at the same time, message support and we will explain how to move to the two-screen Supreme plan, either at renewal or sooner if you need it.

Which IPTV subscription is best for a family?

If two people regularly watch different things at the same time, choose Supreme (12 months, 2 screens). If the family mostly watches together on one TV, Premium gives the lowest monthly cost for a single screen.
